First Step - select a team:

Stifler's Mom presents: Miss Red Bull

Garage Headquarters: Snohimish, WA

Driver: Greg Lamb

Mechanics: Jack Lamb, James Parry, Scott McKinley, Bill Campbell

Nuts and Bolts:

Homebuilder and once-again soapbox builder Greg Lamb admits, “Life is good.” It should be, as he and his Miss Red Bull team don’t have to travel 2,400 miles to compete in Red Bull Soapbox like they did last year in St. Louis. Instead, these Washington natives can focus on building and racing their “gravity and Red Bull-powered street hydro” down familiar Fremont Street in Seattle.

For the 41-year-old Lamb, the soapbox race is about “getting a second chance at being a kid.” He’ll get to enjoy the experience with his 14-year-old son, Jack, a student/comedian who can eat a whole box of Captain Crunch cereal for dinner. But the secret to their success may come from team member Scott McKinley, a recreation products manufacturer. “If it involves snow or bikes … he’s there.”
